Deleting your HistroQuest account
HistroQuest is published by Niels Cimpa. You can delete your account and all data belonging to it at any time.
In the app (immediate). Open HistroQuest, go to Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and your progress are removed straight away. This cannot be undone.
By email (if you no longer have the app installed). Write to support@historysongs.com from the address you signed in with and ask for your HistroQuest account to be deleted. We answer within 30 days.
What is deleted: your account, your email address and name, your progress (unlocked puzzle pieces, chapters played, quiz results) and your settings.
What is kept: records of purchases, for as long as tax law requires us to keep them. These are held by Apple and Google, not by us — we only keep the receipt reference, without your name or email address.
Playing as a guest: if you never signed in, nothing about you is stored under your name. Progress lives on your phone alone; deleting the app deletes it with the app.
